Sikh Temple Yuba City in the night on the occasion of Nagar Kirtan 2017

Friday November 3:
8 am – The 2017 Guru Gadee inaugural event in Yuba City CA starts off by worship service and kirtan.
8 pm Diwali Fireworks
Saturday November 4:
9 am – Raising of Nishan Sahib, the Sikh flag followed by morning worship and kirtan.
2 pm – Open house, tour of gurdwara complex and grounds.
6 pm until Midnight – Rain sabaee kirtan worship service.
Sunday November 5:
11 am – Guru Gadee Nagar Kirtan 38th Annual Sikh Parade. A float bearing Guru Granth Sahib is followed by a procession of floats and devotees winding through the streets of Yuba City along a 4 1/2 mile loop.
 

Events are open to the public, everyone is welcome to attend. Langar, an estimated 400,000 free meals, served throughout the weekend.
